From cooking damper on a stick, or, in a camp oven to gourmet meals, use your imagination as your inspiration. Just because you are cooking on a fire, doesn't mean you cannot be creative, innovative or inventive with your menus and meals.
Plan your meals. Talk to the students & staff about what they'd like to cook. Check for any allergies or dietary needs within your group. Prepare and provide your ingredients and you're ready to go. So get your group together, gather around your fire and cook up some delicious bush delights for everyone to enjoy.
